    Responsibilities:

    • Developing, implementing and monitoring all online marketing campaigns
    • Responsibility for the creation of all online content and direct communication materials
    • Translate company business strategy into an digital strategy with clear executable plans
    • Lead senior team in building the brand reputation and industry position by leveraging online channels
    • Responsible for achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets from online channels
    • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
    • Plan, execute, measure experiments and conversion test
    • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
    • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
    • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
    • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

    Requirements :

    • Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing or a related field
    • Minimum 7 Years proven working experience in Digital Marketing Management
    • A clear knowledge of all online communications media
    • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
    • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
    • An excellent knowledge of digital marketing and campaign management
    • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
    • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects at one time.
    • A good understanding of ROI on digital activities
    • Multiple experience of successfully managing digital budgets
